How it works

Eight training categories — push, pull, legs, chest, back, arms, shoulders, core. Pick one, pick a template, start.

Log sets, reps, and weight in sequence. Supports barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, and bodyweight.

Suggested weights based on your last session. Rest timers between sets. Choose kg or lbs.
